We’ve all been told it’s bad to binge and lately I’ve had a big problem saying no.
The funny thing is, this time, the food I can’t seem to get enough of isn’t my typical go toes for instant satisfaction like chocolate covered almonds, candy you can grab by the handful (have you met my jelly belly?), or some sort of salty delight that seems “less bad” for you until you read that everything has been triple coated in hydrogenated oil.
As a result of what I believe to be a better lifestyle overall (running more consistently, joining a gym again, and biking from one location to the next), I’ve lost the urge to grab the candy and am, instead, overindulging on my new favourite snack: asparagus.
